A plain-English explanation of what data we touch, how we handle it, and what stays on your accounts.
Agentix Projects ("we", "us") builds automation systems for businesses. This policy explains what data we handle while doing that work — and, more importantly, what we don't.
We build on your accounts with your API keys. Your customer data, leads, and records stay on your systems. We don't sell data. We don't train models on your data.
We only collect what's needed to deliver and support the work:
When we email you out of the blue, your address came from a third-party prospecting platform (like Apollo), your public website, your public social profiles, or similar public sources — the same places your own customers find you. One or two follow-ups, an unsubscribe link that works instantly, and opt-outs honored across every channel within 48 hours.
All automations are built inside your n8n instance, your Make.com workspace, your Airtable base, your CRM. You own the account. You can revoke access at any time.
We configure API keys on your behalf but never store them in our systems beyond the build. You hold the master credentials.
Your leads, contacts, orders, and records never pass through our servers. They flow between your tools via the automations we build.
The tools we use to build automations have their own privacy policies. We only use them with your explicit permission:
We configure these tools to use the most privacy-preserving options available (e.g. zero-retention modes where offered).
When we build voice agents (receptionists, support lines):
Compliance with call-recording laws (one-party vs two-party consent, GDPR, PCI-DSS for payment calls) rests with you. We build the system to your spec and advise on best practices.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
Our legal basis for processing is: contract performance (for clients) and legitimate interest (for inquiries and outreach contact). We don't run consent-based advertising.
California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information — ever. To exercise your rights, email us.
This website runs Google Analytics. It counts visits, pages, and rough geography — not your soul. A small notice appears on your first visit; continuing to use the site constitutes acceptance under our legitimate interest.
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active clients via email. Previous versions are available on request.
